2026 National Championships

Tauranga City Brass are excited to announce will be back at the Nationals this year after taking a hiatus last year.

The championship will be held in Wellington from  Wednesday, 8 April to Saturday, 11 April. The venue for the solo and ensemble events on Wednesday, 8 April, and Thursday, 9 April is Te Whaea. The A and B Grade band events will be held on Friday, 10 and Saturday, 11 April, in the Michael Fowler Centre. The C, D, and Youth Grade events will be held at the Wellington Opera House.
The Street March will be on Friday, 10 April.  A full schedule of events will be available in February after the close of contest entries. 

The chief adjudicator is Russell Gray. Assistant Chief Adjudicators are Glyn and Helen Williams, formerly principal player for the Cory Band.
